2013年11月19日，本司“財新網”發表了報道“中移動原副總經理魯向東一審被判無期”，報道發表后，引起輿論廣泛關注，但其間也出現了不少侵權行為，至少包括但不限于下述網絡媒體，均為無協議轉載，除鳳凰網、中金在線、網易河南、南都網四家注明來自財新網之外，其他各家甚至沒有標注出自財新網，而將出處標注為其他網站，包括不少侵權網站。
